Bestar offers 2 years warranty for all LEDs, and 14 months warranty for xenon HID.

Usually if there are any failure or defective during warranty period, please present us pictures or a video to show the problem. And after checking and confirming it’s our quality problem, we will send new replacements with your next order.

And we ask customers to collect all the defectives and send back them to us once a year at your expense. It’s a environmental friend way. And it helps us to update the quality. 

For some special or hard situations, we require customers to send back the failed lamps to check. Then we will send replacements. And the sending-back cost will be at customers’ expense.

Bestar reserves the right to make the final decision on the validity of any guarantee claim.
